11th-15th-------$19.95 (Includes $2.00 Late Charge)

16th and After----------------------------------------$24.95

This includes the $17.95 + $2.00 Late Charge + $5.00 Reconnection Fee.

After the 15th, All services are Automatically

suspended until services are paid for in full.
